The customer has the legal right to return the product within 14 days without justification or penalty payment, except for the cost of the return, provided that the product is in perfect condition, has not been used and is in its original packaging. In this case, the cost of the return is charged to the customer. Maketube Srl will reimburse the customer immediately and no later than 30 days after the legal right to return. After this date, the interest will be calculated at the current legal rate. To avoid any problems with the delivery, we recommend that you unpack and inspect the package and product before signing for the delivery receipt. If the product has been damaged in transit, note this on the courier's delivery receipt to benefit from the guarantee and inform us within 14 days. This deadline also applies in the event that the products do not comply with the order. In both cases, and exclusively for these cases, the cost of the return is at our expense. The replacement of damaged products or products that do not conform to the order must take place within 30 days of confirmation of the replacement of the product. After this deadline, the exchange is no longer possible.
